Usui Reiki:

Usui Reiki is a gentle non intrusive Japanese modality used for stress reduction and deep relaxation which promotes healing naturally through the utilization of "Universal Life Energy". It is an accepted practice of the National Insitute of Health's National Center for Complimentary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM), and is considered a subcategory in biofield therapy. The treatment is administered through the practitioner to the client as the practitioner gently places hands on the client using a "laying on hands" technique. The client is fully clothed and usually relaxes on a massage table while the practitioner lays his/hers hands on the client in several different "hand positions". 

Our center offers a unique alternative for our clients, as we are able to offer its clients more than one practitioner per session. The benefits of more then one practitioner is more efficient healing and even deeper relaxation. Some clients have even noticed that they feel as though the practitioner is still touching them after the treatment. 

Both of our Reiki practitioners are currently Certified Reiki II practitioners and are seeking out becoming Masters of the Usui Reiki System.  Practitioners are also fully Insured members of the International Reiki Association.

Sessions At Our Center

We offer FREE 15 minute sessions to first time clients who wish to experience reiki and may or may not know what it is all about. Please call us at 603-379-2711 to book your first time appointment today!

 1/2 Hour Session $25.00 or 1 Hour Session $45.00

Private Sessions

Private sessions are normally done after an initial consult done at our center.  

We will travel to the seacoast region and visit you in your home for a private session. For a 1/2 hour treatment, a chair will be used. For a more intensive 1 hour treatment a massage table will be used. 

1/2 Hour Session $45.00 or 1 Hour Session $65.00

Sessions For the Elderly, Chronically Ill or Disabled

 If you are currently undergoing a chronic illness or are less able then others to get to our center we will travel to your residence to do a reiki treatment. This reiki treatment will be done in a chair. These treatments will be 1/2 hour only.  $25.00

Private Pet Reiki Sessions

We will travel to your residence to give your animals reiki treatment. Generally animals and small children need less time for a treatment, so we give 15 minute and 20 minute sessions. If your pet is seriously injured or in need or more reiki, we charge $1.00/minute.

15 Minute Session $15.00 or 20 Minute Session $20.00

 Free Distance Healing:

We are connected with a network of Reiki distance healers. Distance healing is done on a volunteer basis. Please email us if you would like someone to be listed on our distance healing list. valeriedesilets@hotmail.com

*We will need a full name, age and location in order to distance heal more effectively.

Free Guided Meditations At Our Center        (scheduled appointments only)

*This meditation may be canceled due to low enrollment.              

Morning Meditation: Relax and unwind in our morning meditation sessions as we sit in a small group and are guided through a morning meditation geared toward stress reduction and rejuvenation with a recorded meditation cd by Bernie Siegel M.D.  Let the guided imagery and calming atmosphere lead through you through a relaxing journey as you prepare for your day. 

Distance Healing Circles                                    

If you are at least a Reiki Practitioner and wish to sign up to attend a distance healing circles, please call Valerie at 603-379-2711 and let us know that you would like to come and heal with us. We would like to welcome you in our distance healing sessions and hope to gather enough interest to begin a regularly scheduled healing circle as well as establish a community of Reiki Practitioners in the Portsmouth area.
